Eleven Years of Continuity – TechHosted Conference Focused on AI Transformation

Three days of the TechHosted conference at the LANACO Technology Center offered participants not only insight into the latest technological trends, but also concrete tools for their practical application.

Alongside a rich program and inspiring speakers, the atmosphere was marked by enthusiasm, networking, and the exchange of ideas—in hallways, coffee breaks, and informal conversations.

The networking segment, which has become a recognizable part of the conference, was further strengthened this year through dedicated zones that enabled participants from different sectors to connect and initiate new collaborations.

The conference was officially opened by Nina Kremenović, CMO of LANACO, who emphasized that TechHosted has been confirming continuity, quality, and audience trust for the eleventh consecutive year. “What makes us especially proud is the fact that the audience already looks forward to the next edition. That is the strongest confirmation of the integrity and values this conference represents,” Kremenović noted.

During the opening keynote on the first day, Srđan Krčo presented the application of AI in everyday business and social processes. Emerging chatbots, use cases in urban environments, agriculture, and scientific research were highlighted as areas where technology is already “at work,” though often not as quickly or perfectly as expected. Krčo stressed the importance of distinguishing between “big promises” and solutions that are already usable, noting that transparency in results is crucial.

The second day of the conference opened with a presentation by Goran Obradović, who spoke about leadership in times when artificial intelligence increasingly shapes both business operations and human relationships within organizations. Obradović emphasized that leadership today goes beyond delegation and planning—it requires ensuring that technology serves people rather than replaces them. Ethics, clarity of vision, and adaptability, he noted, have become central components of effective leadership.

Practical workshops, which have become a core part of the conference, provided additional insights into technology, allowing participants to apply what they learned and test their knowledge in real-world scenarios. These interactive sessions enabled direct engagement with speakers and included security simulations as well as the application of advanced analytics tools.

The workshops were led by experts from major global technology companies—Fortinet, Cisco, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, Palo Alto Networks, and Kaspersky—further confirming that TechHosted fosters strong partnerships with global IT leaders and serves as a bridge between the local community and global trends.

The exchange of ideas, new connections, and inspiring conversations showed that our regional tech community has the strength, vision, and energy to shape the future—not by waiting for it, but by building it.

TechHosted will continue to be a place where new collaborations are formed, innovations are launched, and people who believe in the power of technology to make the world a better place come together.
